Markus Schäfer has over 20 years of market experience in consulting and sales of data center services, including 10 years as a Key Account Manager at Lampertz and another 10 years as Sales Director at proRZ Rechenzentrumsbau GmbH, as well as Managing Director of the consulting company SECUriK GmbH.
The subsidiary SECUriK GmbH was established with his expertise in data center concepts, planning, and certifications under the umbrella of the Datacenter-Group. He laid the foundation for a unique planning and consulting service for data centers.
Using his well-established network in the data center industry and with over 2,500 involved end customers and partners, he enjoys cross-industry recognition.

Felix Kempf
Consultant Data Center
Felix Kempf brings extensive experience in the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of data centers with varying availability requirements according to DIN EN 50600. His expertise particularly lies in cooling and air conditioning technology, where he is passionately dedicated to tackling challenges related to efficiency improvement and heat recovery.
As a mechanical engineer, Felix possesses a comprehensive understanding of the various trades involved in data center construction.
This expertise enables him not only to maintain an overview of all performance phases but also to integrate holistic and innovative approaches into his work

Johann Pflüger
Authorized Officer, Head of Project Management
Johann Pflüger has been active in the planning, construction, and service of data centers for over 12 years. He has extensive project management experience, including 8 years as a Technical Coordinator for Commissioning and Maintenance Processes in a well-known company like Rittal.
Subsequently, he supervised over 4 years more than 100 infrastructure projects as a Project Manager/Project Service Manager at a well-known IT company. This gave him comprehensive expertise in all trades of a data center's construction.
In addition, Mr. Pflüger is very familiar with the planning and implementation of DCIM solutions (Data Center Infrastructure Management) and DCEM solutions (Data Center Energy Management).
As an accredited auditor in the data center sector, he is also active for several certification bodies.

Loris Böhmer
System Planner TGA
Thanks to his knowledge in the field of sustainability consulting and technical system planning, particularly focusing on data centers, Loris Böhmer brings diverse expertise.
As a Technical System Planner in TGA (Technical Building Equipment), focusing on building construction, he has solid knowledge of technical building equipment as well as experience with Autodesk AutoCAD programs for efficient project implementation.
He is listed as an advisor for the Blue Angel eco-label, actively participating in promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly technologies, supporting companies in making their data centers more sustainable.
In his current role at DCI, he supports various sustainability tasks in the data center environment. His responsibilities include preparing sustainability assessments and general consulting on available sustainability aspects. His experience in LEED certifications for data centers is instrumental in advancing sustainable solutions in the IT sector.

Roman Schließmeyer
Vice President
Roman Schließmeyer has extensive experience in the IT sector and has held leading positions in renowned companies. His long-standing professional experience has allowed him to continuously expand his skills and expertise.
He joined the company as Vice President in May 2024, strengthening the team with his expertise in data centers and IT. Before joining DCI, he led the Data Center Services department at Syna GmbH, a company of the Süwag Group.
In his previous positions, he was responsible for comprehensive IT infrastructures and played a key role in the development and implementation of IT strategies. His tasks included the conceptualization, design, and implementation of IT strategies (in-house, cloud, hybrid), consulting and developing customized solutions for data center and IT operational concepts, comprehensive data center and IT project management, and consulting on information security and data protection. Additionally, he has extensive experience in budget planning and support for reporting processes.
Apart from his professional expertise, Roman Schließmeyer is distinguished by his management, project management, analytical thinking, systematic problem-solving, technological innovation skills, data analysis, and decision-making capabilities, which allow for interdisciplinary collaboration.

Christian Nauroth
Senior Consultant Data Center
Christian Nauroth brings over 24 years of professional experience, 18 of which were in leadership positions in the operational and electrotechnical field. After completing his electrotechnical training, he pursued numerous additional qualifications, including certifications as an Industrial Master Electrician and Project Manager IHK, as well as distance learning courses in Business Administration and Lean Management.
With his expertise in managing large-scale projects and scaling processes, Mr. Nauroth significantly contributes to efficiency increases and the sustainable success of projects.
His tasks include consulting clients in the planning and execution of large-scale projects, as well as overseeing and managing IT and data center projects.
As an Industrial Master Electrician, he is also the contact person for all electrotechnical questions.
