We do not work with arbitrary flat rates. Our fees are based either on the HOAI (Official Fee Scale for Architects and Engineers) for construction projects or on a clearly defined scope of services for consulting and analysis projects. This ensures you have full cost certainty from the very beginning.

We are General Planners and Project Managers, not a construction company. This means: We design the data center, tender the specific trades (construction, HVAC, electrical), and supervise the executing companies.
